Biography

Mr. Lyons joined the Board of Directors in May 2026. Mr. Lyons is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE), an electric and natural gas utility holding company, serving over 2.5 million electric and nearly 900,000 natural gas customers across central and eastern Missouri and southern Illinois. Since joining Ameren in 2001, Mr. Lyons has held a number of executive positions, including Controller of Ameren and certain of its subsidiaries from 2001 to 2003, Vice President and Accounting Officer from 2007 to 2008, Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer beginning in 2008, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (while remaining Principal Accounting Officer) from 2013 to 2016, Chairman and President of Ameren Services from 2016 to 2018, and Chairman and President of Ameren Missouri from 2019 to 2022.

Mr. Lyons earned his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Louis University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Washington University.
