Gayla J. Delly
Ms. Delly joined the Board of Directors in May 2026. Ms. Delly served from 2012 until her retirement in 2016 as Chief Executive Officer of Benchmark Electronics, Inc. (Benchmark) (NYSE: BHE), a provider of contract manufacturing, design, engineering, test and distribution services to manufacturers of computers, medical devices, telecommunications equipment and industrial control and test instruments. After joining Benchmark in 1995, Ms. Delly held several executive positions, including, Corporate Controller and Treasurer from 1995 to 2001, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2006, and President from 2006 to 2011. Ms. Delly was a senior Audit Manager at KPMG LLP before joining Benchmark.
Ms. Delly is also an independent director of Broadcom Inc. (NASDAQ: AVGO), an American multinational designer, developer, manufacturer and global supplier of semiconductors and infrastructure software, where she serves as Chair of its Audit Committee and a member of its Nominating and Corporate Governance and Executive Committees. Ms. Delly was previously an independent director of Flowserve Corporation (NYSE: FLS), where she was Chair of its Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
Ms. Delly is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Samford University.
